Wednesday Workout: Deadlift, Partner Relay WOD

STRENGTH

Deadlift, 3 sets of 5 reps

*Touch and go, no “bounce”. Keep between 60-80% of 1RM

WOD

10 Rounds with a partner, Relay-style:

  • Toe to Bar x 10
  • Burpee to 6″ Target x 10
  • Run x 200m

*Partners alternate rounds (5 rounds each)

**Scaling: Scale toes to bar to v-ups or hanging knee tucks, and run to 100m if necessary
