WOD

Level 1

AMRAP 12:

  • Wall Ball x 5
  • L-Seated Dumbbell Strict Press x 3
  • Rope Pull x 3*

Level 2

AMRAP 15:

  • Wall Ball (20/14) x 5
  • Strict Handstand Push-up x 3
  • Legless Rope Climb x 1

*must start rope climbs from standing position (i.e. no jump)

CASHOUT

  • 2 Minute Dead-Bug
  • 2 Minute Superman (arms and legs)
  • 2 Minute Plank
