SATURDAY TEAMER

Teams of 2, Relay-Style:

10 Rounds (5 Rounds each):

  • Front Rack Lunge (135/95) x 6 (3/leg)
  • Chest to Bar Pull-up x 4
  • Box Jump (30/24) x 2

Then, 1x Partner Medball (20/14) Run 400m

10 Rounds (5 Rounds Each):

  • Deadlift (135/95) x 10
  • Toe to Bar x 5
  • Thruster (135/95) x 3

Then, 1x Partner Medball Run 400m

10 Rounds (5 Rounds Each):

  • Double Under x 30
  • Lateral Bar Burpee x 5
  • Squat Snatch (135/95) x 1

*Each partner does a complete round before the other can begin. Scale as needed so you can move consistently each round. On the 2 medball runs, partners run together and can switch off the medball whenever. 30 Minute Time Cap
