- Front Rack Lunge (135/95) x 6 (3/leg)
- Chest to Bar Pull-up x 4
- Box Jump (30/24) x 2
Then, 1x Partner Medball (20/14) Run 400m
10 Rounds (5 Rounds Each):
- Deadlift (135/95) x 10
- Toe to Bar x 5
- Thruster (135/95) x 3
Then, 1x Partner Medball Run 400m
10 Rounds (5 Rounds Each):
- Double Under x 30
- Lateral Bar Burpee x 5
- Squat Snatch (135/95) x 1
*Each partner does a complete round before the other can begin. Scale as needed so you can move consistently each round. On the 2 medball runs, partners run together and can switch off the medball whenever. 30 Minute Time Cap
