STRENGTH

Push Jerk, 5-5-5

*Take bar from the floor or rack, and work on “touch and go” reps if possible

WOD

Level 1

5 Rounds of:

  • Hang Clean + Push Press x 5
  • Burpee x 7

Right into 5 Rounds of:

  • Hang Power Clean x 5
  • Jump Rope Single x 50

Level 2

5 Rounds of:

  • Clean and Jerk (135/95) x 5
  • Lateral Bar Burpee x 10

Right into 5 Rounds of:

  • Power Clean (155/105) x 5
  • Double Under x 20

*20 Minute Cap

EXTRA WORK

On your own, accumulate 40 Strict Pull-ups (7 minute cap).

    WOD: 14:35 (85# for C&J…shoulder felt unstable, rest rx)
    36 pullups in 7min (did the extra 4…could have made it but thought it was 50!)
