Tuesday Workout: Snatch Work, T2B/BJ/Run

STRENGTH

Every 2 Minutes for 7 Total Sets:

3-Position Snatch

*High Hang, mid-thigh/knee, floor. Catch in full squat, or scale to power snatch if necessary.

WOD

Level 1

AMRAP 10:

  • V-Up x 12
  • Box Step Up x 12 (6/side)
  • Run x 200m (2x laps in parking lot)

Level 2

AMRAP 10:

  • Toe to Bar x 15
  • Box Jump Step Down (24/20) x 15
  • Run x 200m
