  • Front Squat or Goblet Squat AHAP x 5
  • Farmer Carry x 100m
  • Push-Up x 10 + 30 Second Straight Arm Plank Hold
  • Row x 400m

Level 2


  • Front Squat (205/135) x 5
  • Farmer Carry (70s/50s) x 100m
  • Wall Walk x 5
  • Row x 500m

*Must take the bar from the floor each time
