  • Alternating Dumbbell Snatch (50/35)
  • Push-up

Then, 40-30-20-10 Reps of Each:

  • Deadlift (155/105)
  • Box Jump (24/20)

Then, 30-20-10 Reps of Each:

  • Ground to Overhead (155/105)
  • Pistol (sub 2x Goblet Squat with Dumbbell)
