Monday Workout: Wall Ball, Power Clean, Burpee

STRENGTH

Every 90 Seconds for 5 sets: [Power Clean + Push Jerk + Split Jerk] x 2

*Do 2 sets of the complex every 90 seconds. Start at light/moderate weight and build as you’re able

WOD

2 Minute Round for 3 Total Rounds:

  • Wall Ball (12/8) x 15
  • Dumbbell Power Clean x 10
  • Max Rep Burpees in Remaining Time
  • Rest 1 Minute

Level 2

2 Minute Round for 5 Total Rounds:

  • Wall Ball (20/14) x 15
  • Power Clean (185/135) x 5
  • Max Rep Burpees Over the Bar in Remaining Time
  • Rest 1 Minute
