Tuesday Workout: FS, Row/Double Under, Toe to Bar

STRENGTH

Front Squat, 3 sets of 8 reps (work between 60-70%)

*rest 90 seconds between sets

WOD

Level 1

In 12 Minutes:

  • Row Max Meters in 9 Minutes, then perform Max Reps Single Unders in Remaining Time

*If you hit 2k prior to the 9 minute mark, you are done with the row. If you don’t hit 2k before the 9 minute mark, record total meters rowed along with jump rope reps.

Level 2

In 12 Minutes:

  • Row 2k, then perform Max Reps Double Unders in Remaining Time

Notes:  Treat row as a 90-95% effort (not all out), and save a little in the tank for the double unders. Record 2k time and total number of double under reps.

Every 30 Seconds for 10 Sets (5 minutes):

  • Toe to Bar x 5

*Scale reps up/down as needed
