STRENGTH

OTM 7:

Snatch Pull + Power Snatch + Overhead Squat

*Start at moderate weight and build as you are able.

WOD

Level 1

AMRAP 8:

  • Dumbbell Hang Power Clean x 5
  • Dumbbell Lunge (hands at side) x 10 (5/side)
  • Run x 100m

Level 2

AMRAP 8:

  • Hang Power Clean (135/95) x 5
  • Front Rack Lunge (135/95) x 10 (5/side)
  • Run x 100m

*Sub 150m row if weather is looking rough outside

CASHOUT

Couch Stretch 2 min/side

  1. Snatch complex to 105. Missed 115# just barely on the last rep 😦
    WOD: 4 + 15 with front squats instead of front rack lunge. 2 round@115#, then the rest at 95#
