STRENGTH

Back Squat, 3 sets of 8 reps

*back squats should be done between 60-70%. 90-120 seconds rest b/w sets.

WOD

Level 1

15-12-9 Reps of Each for Time:

  • Dumbbell Push Press
  • Burpee
  • Box Step Up (18/12)

Level 2

15-12-9-6-3 Reps of Each for Time:

  • Push Jerk (155/105)
  • Burpee Box Jump (24/20)
