  • Even Minutes: Row x 12/10 Cals
  • Odd Minutes: V-Up x 10-15
Level 2

OTM 10 (5 sets of each):

  • Even Minutes: Row x 15/12 Cals
  • Odd Minutes: Toe to Bar x 10-15
Part 2 (Starting at 20:00)

3 Sets for Total Time (including rest):

  • Double Under x 120
  • Alternating Dumbbell Snatch (55/35) x 30
  • Rest 90 Seconds

*Scale DU to 200x singles, or 1 minute of max rep double unders.
