  • 20 Ball Slams
  • 30 Situps
  • 30 Jumping Lunges
  • Burpee Broad Jump 100 feet (in gym, ~2 lengths)

Buy Out

2 Rounds

  • Plank Hold 60 Seconds
  • Rest 30 Seconds
  • Right Side Hold 60 Seconds
  • Rest 30 Seconds
  • Left Side Hold 60 Seconds
  • Rest 30 Seconds
