In Teams of 3, AMRAP 30:

P1: Run x 400m

P2 and P3; AMRAP of the following:

  • Burpee Over the Bar x 40
  • Deadlift (155/105) x 30
  • Chest to Bar Pull-up x 20
  • Power Snatch (155/105) x 10

*Once P1 gets back from the run, P2 or P3 goes on the 400m run and team members in the gym keep working through the AMRAP.  Scale as needed – limit barbells to two max per team (i.e. if male/female pairs)
