  • Deadlift (185/135)
  • Wallball (20/14)
  • Pullups

Rest 3 Minutes

3 Rounds of:

  • 15 Bar-facing Burpees
  • 15 Ground to Overhead

Rest 3 Minutes

4 Rounds of

  • 40 Airsquats
  • 4 Wall walks
