SATURDAY TEAMER

In Teams of 2, AMRAP 30:

  • Squat Clean (185/135) x 20
  • Strict Handstand Push-up x 20
  • Med Ball Run x 400m*
  • Dumbbell Overhead Squat (55/35) x 40**
  • Toe to Bar x 40
  • Burpee Over the Bar x 40

*Both partners run 400m and can switch off carrying the medball however

**Db OHS is done with one arm. Sub Db OH Lunge or Goblet Squat if necessary.
