In Teams of 2, AMRAP 30:
- Squat Clean (185/135) x 20
- Strict Handstand Push-up x 20
- Med Ball Run x 400m*
- Dumbbell Overhead Squat (55/35) x 40**
- Toe to Bar x 40
- Burpee Over the Bar x 40
*Both partners run 400m and can switch off carrying the medball however
**Db OHS is done with one arm. Sub Db OH Lunge or Goblet Squat if necessary.
