Monday Workout: Guardian’s Gauntlet Training

Reminder: We are in the middle of a training cycle that will peak during a 5k obstacle course race called the “Guardian’s Gauntlet.”  The race is a fundraiser for the police foundation. All proceeds go to benefit Albemarle County Police Officers.

  • 20 Front Rack Lunges (135/95)
  • 15 Shoulder to Over Head (135 / 95)
  • 10 Deadlift (135/95)
  • 5 Snatch (135/95)

Run 800 Meters

  • 20 Front Rack Lunges (115/75)
  • 15 Shoulder to Over Head (115/75)
  • 10 Deadlift (115/75)
  • 5 Snatch (115/75)

Run 400 Meters

  • 20 Front Rack Lunges (95/65)
  • 15 Shoulder to Over Head (95/65)
  • 10 Deadlift (95/65)
