  • 5 Squat Clean Thrusters (155/105)
  • Lateral Burpees Over the Bar (feet start and land together)

Level 1

90 Seconds of Work, 90 Seconds of Rest

6 Rounds

  • 5 Thrusters (95/65)
  • Burpees
