In Teams of 2, “Climb the Ladder” for 20 Minutes**

  • Wall Ball (20/14)
  • Toes to Bar
  • Box Jump (24/20)
  • Hang Power Clean (135/95)

**Do 5 reps of each, then 10 reps of each, then 15, 20, 25… and so on until 20 minutes is up. One person working at a time.

Rest 2 Minutes

In 8:00:

  • Establish a Heavy Power Snatch + Hang Squat Snatch
