Friday WOD: Team Bring a Friend Day!

Please feel free to bring a friend today as we’ll have an approachable free partner WOD geared towards all levels. If you do bring a friend, please show up about 15 minutes early to fill out a waiver, or fill out one online through our registration system

Level 2

Run 400 Meters Together with a sandbag of your choosing (or 1000 Meters Rowing if Rainy)

Then

3 Rounds of

  • 30 Wallballs
  • 30 Toes to Bar
  • 30 KB Swings (70/53)

Run 400 Meters Together with a sandbag of your choosing

Level 1

Run 400 Meters together (or 500 meters rowing if rainy)

3 Rounds of:

  • 20 Wallballs
  • 20 Situps
  • 20 Russian KB Swings

Run 400 Meters Together.
