  • 35 Burpee Box Jump Overs
  • 30 Clean & Jerks (95/85)
  • 40 Burpee Box Jump Overs
  • 35 Clean & Jerks (65/55)

Level 1

  • 10 Hang Clean & Jerks (65/45)
  • 20 Burpees
  • 15 Hang Clean & Jerks (65/45)
  • 20 Burpees
  • 20 Hang Clean & Jerks( 65/45)
  • 20 Burpees
  • 25 Hang Clean & Jerks (65/45)
  • 20 Burpees
  • 30 Hang Clean & Jerks (65/45)
  • 20 Burpees
