Strength

Box Squats 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2 (every 60 seconds, keep it 50 to 60% of 1RM and focus on speed off box)

WOD

7 Rounds

  • Run 250
  • 10 Ring Dips or Pushups
  • 10 Ball Slams
