  • 100 Pushups
  • 100 Wallballs
  • 100 Burpees
  • 100 Power Snatch (75/55)
  • Run 800 Meters Together

Level 1

  • Run 400 Meters Together
  • 50 Pushups
  • 50 Wallballs
  • 40 Burpees
  • 50 Hang Power Snatch (55/45)
  • Run 400 Meters Together
