In Teams of 2 Complete the Following for Time:

Level 2

3 Rounds

  • 100 Double Unders
  • 8 Rounds of Cindy (5 Pullups, 10 Pushup, 15 AirSquats)
  • Run Together 400 Meters with 1 Sandbag

Level 1

3 Rounds

  • 100 Single Unders
  • 4 Rounds of Cindy (5 Ring Rows, 7 Pushups, 15 AirSquats)
  • Run Together 400 Meters with 1 Sandbag

Time cap 40 Minutes.
