A1) Bench Press

3 x 8

A2) Deadlift

3 x 5

*After each lift is warmed up, perform a set of Bench Press, followed by a set of Deadlifts. Repeat for 3 work sets of each, resting about a minute between movements. For each movement leave room to add weight for the first few weeks as we progress throughout the cycle.

5 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

Scale load on the snatch as needed. Scale to Chin-over-Bar or Jumping Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups as needed.
