  4. I did this WOD, think I got somewhere around 120ish (had to use 54# KB because I don’t have a 70# at home)
    Also, did the 2x clean EMOM for 10 minutes from a different WOD this week and worked up to 145#

    So yeah… I did a WOD, with some amount of weight, over an amount of time, with an approximate number of reps. I think that counds? 😛

    1. EDIT: Miscalculated, and also misspelled “counts.” It was closer to 135ish reps. Probably.
