AMRAP in 14 minutes:

7 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
14 Kettlebell Swings, 24/16kg
21 Double Unders

For the CTB Pull-ups, scale to chin over bar pull-ups, jumping chest to bar pull-ups, or ring rows.

  4. Couldn’t drop the bar, so just did some light snatch work at 85#
    WOD: 6 + 7 (chin over bar, tore in round 5 so had to switch to strict PUs 🙁 )
