Bench Press

Build per set to a heavy triple for the day.

4 sets, each for max reps:

Against a 3 minute running clock:
400m run
Max burpees in the remaining time

Rest 3 minutes between sets

Scale the run to 200-250m if the 400m run will take most of the 3 minutes.
