In this classic CrossFit benchmark workout, try to transition quickly from station to station. For many the pull-ups will present a challenge, and for most the push-ups need to be broken up. Scale some volume on the pull-ups or go to banded pull-ups or ring rows as needed. Scale the push-ups to knee or elevated push-ups as needed. Whether you are scoring 10 rounds or 20+ rounds, there are hundreds of reps in this workout. Focus on quality of movement throughout this triplet and strive for virtuosity regardless of your score.
