This Saturday we are running our 12 Days of CrossFit workout. We will have classes at 9am, 10am, and 11am. Please register ahead of time for one of the time slots.

 

Split Jerk

EMOM for 12 minutes:

2-3 Split Jerks

Focus on your footwork and a strong overhead position. Build per set to a something heavy for the day.

90 seconds of Russian Kettlebell Swings, 32/24kg
Rest 30 seconds
90 seconds of Burpees
Rest 30 seconds
90 seconds of Push Press, 115/75lbs
Rest 30 seconds
90 seconds of Rowing (for calories)
