Reminder:

We will be running the 12 Days of CrossFit workout at 9am, 10am, and 11am today.

The Festivus Pole isn’t up yet, but be prepared for the “Feats of Strength”

Workout of the day:

12 Days of CrossFit

Like the song the “12 Days of Christmas,” complete each exercise in ascending order then work back down to 1, adding one exercise per round. Like this: 1; 2-1; 3-2-1; 4-3-2-1; etc – for a total of 364 reps.

1 Power Snatch, 95/65lbs
2 Overhead Squats, 95/65lbs
3 Burpees over the Bar
4 Handstand Push-ups
5 Pull-ups
6 Box Jumps, 24/20″
7 Power Cleans, 95/65lbs
8 Toes to Bar
9 Wallball Shots, 20/14lbs
10 Sit-ups
11 Kettlebell Swings, 70/53lbs
12 Squat Clean Thrusters, 95/65lbs
