Take ten minutes and quickly build up to a moderately heavy clean and jerk.
Keep the weight lighter and focus on speed.
Five rounds for time of:
15 Deadlifts, 135/95 lbs
12 Hang Power Cleans, 135/95 lbs
9 Front Squats, 135/95 lbs
6 Shoulder to Overhead, 135/95 lbs
Scale the load to an appropriate weight with total volume of each movement in mind.
