Power Clean

Take 15 minutes to build to a moderately heavy Power Clean

“The Chief”

AMRAP in three minutes of:
3 Power Cleans, 135/95 lbs
6 Push-Ups
9 Air Squats

Rest 60 seconds between sets, and repeat for a total of five rounds. Start each round where you left off the previous round.

Post rounds + reps and Rx to comments.
