Schedule Reminder:

Friday, 12/29 – 8am Cancelled
Saturday, 12/30 – 10am – 12pm Open Gym
Sunday, 12/31 – Closed
Monday, 1/1 – 12pm Partner Workout

 

A1) Bench Press  –  5 – 5 – 5
A2) Deadlift  –  5 – 5 – 5 

Warm up both barbells together and perform this as a superset, resting about 1-2 minutes between Bench Press and Deadlift. Build per set to a top five for the day.
