Build to a heavy triple for the day. This may be performed as a touch and go triple or as three singles.

60 Kettlebell Swings, 24/16 kg
60 Goblet Squats, 24/16 kg

  1. Pc: 125# (did 2@130# on set 7 but missed the 3rd. Dropped back to 125# for set 8)
