Push Jerk

3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3

From a rack. Build per set to a heavy triple for the day. If you are newer to the lift, set up each rep from a dead stop; if you are well versed in the push jerk, perform these reps as touch and go.

AMRAP in 12 minutes:

9 Handstand Push-ups
12 Toes to Bar
15 Russian KBS, 32/24kg

For the HSPU, scale ROM up to two abmats, perform box piked HSPU, or regular push-ups. For the TTB, sub hanging leg raises or hanging knee raises. Scale load on the KBS.
