20 Minutes for Quality:

2 Turkish Get-Ups per side
10 Barbell Front Rack Reverse Lunges, alternating legs
20 second Supinated Grip L-hang Tuck Hang

Choose a challenging load for the TGU and perform each repetition slowly and deliberately. For the lunges, perform these at a weight that is challenging for 10 (total) unbroken reps; feel free to increase the load across all sets.
