Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
8 toes-to-bars
10 dumbbell hang clean and jerks
12-cal. row

Women use 35-lb. dumbbell
Men use 50-lb. dumbbell

Post rounds + Rx to comments.

  2. 243 at home with what I’ve got – 35# KB, 4 T2B + 4 Knee Raises per round, row 1:10.

    I think the row time I estimated for 14 cal was too long 🙁
