Deadlift

Build to a moderately heavy set of 5.

This top set does not have to be touch and go. There should be no loss of spinal position throughout the sets today.

Goblet Squats, 24/16kg

  1. 345, 18+52 rx. Slowly getting into some kind of shape. Still a circle though.
