Feeling sore and tight? Struggling to get into proper positions?  

Mobility and flexibility are the foundation of your fitness potential. An essential piece of maximizing your fitness is being mobile enough to get into proper positions and having the stability to maintain those good positions under load.

To help you with this process, we’re holding mobility sessions on Thursdays (tonight!) at 5:30pm for the next few weeks. During these sessions, we’ll focus on myofascial release as well as static and dynamic stretching. Over time, your hips, shoulders, ankles, back, etc. will open up and become more flexible, allowing you to achieve better positions. These dedicated mobility sessions are the perfect compliment to your weekly recovery WOD, which is to be done on your “rest” day to help increase stability and jumpstart recovery.

Build per set to a top set of ten reps for the day.

7 Chest to bar pull-ups
14 Box Jumps, 24/20″
21 Wallball, 20/14#

Scale the CTB pull-ups to chin over bar pull-ups or jumping pull-ups, scale height on the box jumps, and scale load on the WB.
