Death by Kettlebell Swings + Burpees
In this workout you will perform one kettlebell swing + one burpee in the first minute, 2 KBS + 2 burpees in the second minute, and so on for 3+3, 4+4, etc. until you cannot complete the prescribed work in the allotted minute.
The Rx load for the KB is 24/16kg for men and women respectively.
