Power Snatch

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:

3 repetitions

These do not have to be touch and go. If you do drop, quickly reset and perform the subsequent reps.

15 Deadlift, 225/155
15 Box Jumps, 24/20″
15 Handstand Push-ups

Scale load on the deadlift and height on the box jumps as appropriate. Sub box piked HSPU or push-ups.
