Our Bring A Friend Day WOD will feature a fun partner workout designed for all levels. Afterward, plan to stick around for some drinks, potluck dinner, and games.
Weighted Pull-up

Add weight as appropriate to perform 5 sets of 5 unbroken strict pull-ups. If you need to use a band to assist in the pull-ups, use the thinnest band possible to allow you to get through a challenging set of 5 pull-ups.
