Yoga this Sunday is canceled. Please join us Friday at 5:45pm for a 30-minute Yoga Express class.

July 4th we will offer one class at 10am. All other classes are canceled.


Teams of two, one person working at a time,
AMRAP in 25 minutes
30 Wallball
30 Cal Row
30 Push-ups
30 Walking Lunges

Every Minute on the minute, both partners perform 3 burpees.

Post rounds + reps and Rx to comments.
