*Switch partners when runner completes the 400.
**Partners completing the AMRAP alternate movements. For example, partner 2 does 12 shoulder to overhead, then partner 3 does 9 chest to bar pull ups. Partner 2 completes the round by doing 6 lateral burpees. Partner 3 starts the next round by doing the 12 shoulder to overhead and so on.
