Tomorrow we will offer a Free Bring a Friend Workout at all class times!
We will have one evening class at 5pm followed by a cookout starting about 6pm. So come out (even if you can’t make it to the workout), bring some food and drinks to share and hang out with your fellow CrossFitters for some good food, drinks, and games!
