In Teams of 4,

AMRAP30

12 DB Snatches (50/35)

9 Goblet Squats (50/35)

6 Toes to Bar

Simultaneously,

Row/Bike for Max Cals

One teammate will complete the round. At the same time, another teammate will be rowing or biking for max calories. Two teammates will rest as the other two work. The order of the rest and work “stations” will be determined by the team.
