Three sets:

Front Foot Elevated DB Split Squat @2020 Tempo; 3 x 5 reps per leg
Rest 1 minute
Bent Over Barbell Row @20X1 Tempo; 3 x 8-10 reps
Rest 1 minute

AMRAP in 5 minutes of:

10 Goblet squats, 24/16kg
15 Kettlebell Swings, 24/16kg
10 Burpees
Rest 2 minutes between sets

Try to increase your pace each set so that your last set is your best score.
