Build to a top set of six for the day.

Four Sets, each for time:

250m Run
15 CTB Pull-ups
12 Box Jumps, 24/20″

Rest 2 minutes between sets

Scale the volume on the CTB pull-ups, or substitute chin over bar pull-ups or jumping pull-ups. Scale the box height as necessary to allow for a two-foot take off and landing.
